SHIPPING DETAILS

Products are shipped within 48 hours, after payment is received.

Please allow 7 to 14 days for delivery. You will be notified immediately if an item is out of stock and if you wish to have the item sent when it is available.

NOTE: Orders can not be shipped to PO Boxes.

When Will My Order Ship?

Most orders ship in 3 - 5 business days, however, larger orders may take up to four business days for ready shipment.

Order Cancellations and Non-Deliverable Orders

We respect your decision to cancel your order. Please make sure you really want your order before you place the order. We cannot cancel or adjust your order as we utilize automated ordering systems. If your order is returned to us undeliverable or refused, a refund is issued upon return less original freight charges, return freight charges and a 20% restocking fee.

BACK ORDERED PRODUCTS

If an item is back-ordered, you will be notified when it will become available. If you choose not to wait, please contact us and we will be happy to replace the item with another of equal cost, or refund your money (less shipping).

SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS

If purchasing products with a personal check, money order, or a cashier’s check, please allow 10 business days for the payment to clear. Once the payment has cleared, the order then will be shipped.

*Only major holidays (not subsequent days) affect our order packing, freight movement and tracking number notification.

Treasure of Dreams offers flat rate shipping rates to the Continental United States via USPS Service.

USPS requires a physical address and does not deliver to PO Box addresses. A signature may be required for delivery.

NOTE: USPS does NOT include the pickup day, weekend days, or Holidays in calculating the time in transit. Delivery times are estimated only and not guaranteed. Holiday seasons may require additional time.

Please note that Eastern States may take up to 14 calendar days to receive delivery. If you haven't received your order after 14 days, please contact us at sales@treasureofdreams.com. Please be sure to include your order number for prompt service.
